Starting as a young lady straight-out of BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) she has achieved Elite Status at Dexter Realty pushing the boundaries of possibilities. Cat brings a unique blend of education and experience to your living room. With a diploma from BCIT in Commercial Real Estate, Mortgage Broker, Property Management and Appraisal she successfully challenged the UBC Sauder School of Business Exam for Residential Real Estate and hasn’t looked back. Over a decade later and she is still enthusiastic about the people she helps.

Home ownership can seem overwhelming in Greater Vancouver. Growing up in the Kitsilano neighborhood of Vancouver, Cat purchased her first property in New Westminster. Now she has settled with her sweet family, Alistair, Declan, Kelly and her husband into their current home they all love in the Maple Ridge area bordering Langley. Born in Surrey, Steve’s family moved to Langley at the age of 6 and since then he has lived in the communities of Squamish, Cloverdale and now Maple Ridge where he lives with his growing family of 3 boys, Aj, Declan and Kelly along with his partner Catherine.
